I think this is a beautiful land/sea scape with great light. For me, the human figure brings added value. I like Kurtis' darker treatment. I went in the opposite direction towards the light. I also cropped a bit and flipped it horizontally. |

I like your original soft treatment too. I just took in another direction. |

I appeciate your taking the time to react to my treatment. As always the final decision is up to the creator. |

I agree that a street photo for a competition or for journalism may not have any changes other than cropping and minor adjustments. My intent is to show some other possibile treatments and ideas as to what could be done with the image. It is of course up to the photographer what is done to the image. Do you think that my treatment is viable (not better) and works? |

I like beautiful colors and how you have capured the connection between the guide and the land. There seems to be some fringing around the subject and some overshapening in the tree. I cropped and used the clone stamp to remove the artifacts. I also increased the vibrance and flipped it. |

I like both treatments. For me, the sky competes with the land. I cropped most of the sky and flipped it horizontally so the eye travels folows the stream and looks at the interesting folliage and buildings. |

I like the color palliate and what seems to me to be a soft focus and impressionistic image. I get where you are going. I wsuggest pushing it more. When I do multiple exposures I usually use three and sometimes five exposures on one frame. I often take five to ten captures of the subject. I rotate to the left, to the right, and I zoom in, I zoom out, I move the camera in diagonals I shake it. I often use a neurtral density filter and shutter speeds of 1/4, 1/6/, 1/8, 1/15. If I get one good one out of twenty frames think I am doing well. |

I think this is a lovely romatic image. I like it. For me, the reds are distracting and I would desaturate them and crop some from the top. I took a different approach: cropping, flipping, coverting to BW and increasing the contrast. |
