I like the dramatic lighting and the rich color palliate. I think that you could just darken the clouds so they are not so bright. I took another approach and cropped out most of the sky to draw attention to the all the lines and curves leading towards the left. I expanted the canvas on the right and filled in some of the distracting dark areas on the bottom as well. I also used a reflected gradient to brighten the center and a radial gradient to brighten the sky on the upper right. |

I think this is beautiful capture with great framing. For me, a tighter crop and darkening the image with a curves adjustment would make it even stronger but that is my take. |

I like what Kurtis has done. I think that the subject is the bird looking at his reflection, like Narcissus. I cropped to reflect what for me is the story. |

I think that it is well seen and crafted. I converted it to BW to make it more ominous and I made some other changes to hopefully make it more noir. |

I like the capture. I think that including the road tells more of a story. I also did a panoramic crop and some doding and burning. |

I think this is a great story telling image. I agree with Kurtis that the body of the cub is lost against the mountain. I think that brightening the mountain and cropping more tightly would give it more impact. |
