Thanks Regine. I recommend converting your camera to a full IR sensor so that you can use different filters on the lens to get the full spectrum of IR as well as a filter that will let you continue to use it as a normal camera. |

Hi Marge. Thanks for the feedback. For me, the story is the rock contemplating the bridge and how the curve of top of the rock matches the curve of the bridge. The tile is "Rock viewing bridge." It is supposed to convey a Zen feeling. |

I think this works because it tells a story. For me, cutting off the tip of the tail is a bit distracting and it seems a bit too dark. Gabriele and Kurtis have made some great suggestions for improving the image. I took a different approach to focus on the idea of the bird sleeping. I cropped and used Nik Viveza and the burn and dodge tools. I also flipped it horizontally. |

I like the story but for me, the colors especially the reds on the boat don't work. It draws my attention away from the dog who is the subject. I used your original, cropped, used curves and a reflected gradient as well as some dodging. |

I like the capture, the backlighting and the colors. I haven't had great success with hummingbirds. I like what Kurtis has done. I cropped it more closely, took out some of the background and flipped it horizontally. |

I like this, especially the rim light and the asymmetrical composition. I would tone down the brighter areas in the background and add a vignette. |

I like the asymmetrical composition and the color. I agree with Kurtis. I took it a bit further by cropping, straightening the diagonal, toning down the brightness and flipping it horizontally. |
