Sure, just remember to make a duplicate layer to work on. You could use the dodge tool, set to a low opacity, and then the sponge tool, also set to a low opacity. Another tip is, after doing this, to use the burn tool just around the edged of the eye. Additionally, you could select the eye using the quick selection tool and then use a curves or levels adjustment. You can always lower the opacity and fill levels of the layer you worked onto refine the changes. |

I like the details, the color, the bokeh and the composition. My only suggestion is to darken the branch a bit and maybe brighten the eye. |

I think this has impact. I like the colors, the composition and the dramatic sky. I tried using a golden spiral crop as an alternative point of view. |

I like how the subject is giving me a look and I am not sure of his intentions and I think the diagonal adds to the uncertainty. You could try flipping it horizontally and toning down the highlights in the background and maybe a vignette. |
