I agree with Stephen and Steven, I think the birds are distractive to this symmetric modern architecture. I like the angle of the shot.
I would like to delete most of the birds, left only the center of one bird as the focus point. using ACR, radial gradient to light up the center of the focus area, using curves to adjust the building's luminosity. |

Hi, Steven:
I have heard a lot of good news about Florida birds. One of my photography friend will go back there soon for bird photography. She went there last year and got many wonderful images.
The image is so sharp and big, I believe you were so close to the bird when you took the photo. I can feel how joyful you were when you have captured the image.
I agree with Chan, it should have more space in front of the bird. I also feel the background of the grass is distractive. I would removed the background grass.
I have learned that we seldom make perfect composition of the image when we shoot the wildlife photos, but we can do some post processing to make them better later. Sometimes, it may not look like what we have seen before, but I think photography is not only the record of nature moments, but also the expression of art.
I used photoshop to delete the background grass, path blur the left over behind the bird to emphasize the bird movement.
I also using Topaz to sharp the bird a little more. |

Thank you so much, Chan. You might be right about the right side of the image. I have expended the image to make horizontal side longer. The quality of right side of the image is not very good after the expansion. I used the fog brush to cover the deficiency.
I thought the foggy layer would give some feeling of the air movement. |
