Danielle, I love the action of the waves crashing against the rocks and the seagull doesn't seem to mind. I agree with Alan and Craig that a little cropping from the top makes a stronger photo. Well done. |

Danielle, thank you for your comments. I chose to leave the foreground in because I was hoping it would lead the eye to the lighthouse just as you said it did for you. Roy's version does look really nice too. I am learning so much from this group. |

Alan, thanks for your comments. I see your point about the foreground drawing the eye away from the lighthouse. I left the foreground because I thought it might draw the eye towards the lighthouse. I would love to see your night shot. Such a beautiful area. |
