The leading line of the near hill takes me to the lone figure and then takes me to the hills in the distance. A good example of a minimalist image and the concept of Rukenfigur with the person looking into the image. |

I like the balanced composition of the hillside silhoutte view of the tree and sheep. I think the misty, textured backgroud add to the image. |

Great street capture that tells a story with the tension between the huddling observers and the participants still struggling in the rain. I assume this is a tug-of-war competition is part of a community celebration. |

Great shot of a young dancer adjusting her point shoes. I like her expression which convey a sense of determination. I would like you to bring out more detail in the shadows and I would like more room in front of the seating dancer. |

I like the crop and I don't mind that the trunk is centered in the image. I especially like the wet-thick now which has accumulated on the branches. Overall, the image is a pleasing capture of the aftermath of a harsh winter snow. |
