Hi Gaetan, composition is lovely and the flower is super interesting and appealing. Looks like the aperture size didnt quite catch the whole flower, around f8 or 9 should typically do it since you had a decent amount of light. I also wonder if the autofocus was a little sensitive. I have to rely on AF myself, more than I would like since my eyesight is not great. To stop the autofocus being overly sensitive, I switch off AF and only use it when fast moving things that i want a lock on. It took a lot of confidence for me to start switching off AF. I started by reducing AF sensitivity, which helped wean me off.Stacking also helps me when my eyes arent quite playing ball! not sure if that helps any -Ali |

Hi John, welcome! Love the tulip variety and variation of color. The degree of clarity of those in the foreground is definitely worth showing off. Agree with Murphy on the top and thats an easy fix to slightly crop down. The petal bottom middle Im not sure if it adds anything but it does not bother me either. Nice |

Great job, Murphy. You made this one tough other than to pick a nit. a third of a stop maybe to make the roses pop? Just the back of that top rose some lens blur but it does not bother me too much. Nice -Ali |

Vincent, this is great. Lovely warm colors, almost iridescent. Agree with the guys about the background, as far as typical technical preference goes. That being said it does depend how an image is used, right? Brochure inset images, when there is a lot of text on a page work well with a similar approach to this, also full bleed greetings cards. Nice |
