Terrific explanation. Experimenting with night time photography at a verity of moon phases has given me some understanding on the data you outlined and I stress the word some. Using a 10 second delay on the shutter release should produce some better results. Thanks again for taking the time to explain in the detail you provided. |

Stephen, thanks for the information. The urge to photograph the moon started in Oct. after the urge to get up at the crack of dawn to capture the verity of our sunrises over Tampa Bay.
Your information would have saved much frustration. Thanks for the voice of experience. |

The imagination is a great thing to challange mind from time to time. You have made me think out of the box and that is good.
So I am going to wrap my comments into the old tried and true with some off the wall thoughts. No distractions, shadows in the shipping compartment has just the right amount of shadow to let the viewer know the content but not take away from the drivers cab. Details are good and no unnecessary distractions.
Maybe the van was an abandoned FBI stake out truck minus the electronics, cameras. Or it was a prison van used to move convicts from point A to point B. .... |

Great colors in the sky and upper part of the water. Crop up to the blue water and log. Enhance the log and blue water to catch the eye. |

Several details to reduce distractions would be to reduce the sky to just above the roof top, add more road to the bottom and to the left side, remove the black object at the edge of the road, remove the telephone pole and all the fence posts. Agree with earlier comments. |
