Very strong and dymnamic photo. Your colors are nicely saturated, the front portion is sharp and the composition keeps the eyes on the steel form, then the stone wall formation and on to the steel sculptore in the eye of the fromt sculpture. Back ground is lovely and does not compete with the sculpturre and soft in comparison which keeps it from being distracting. Nice work. |

Lovely photo. It is soothing with the light green colors, repetative verticle tree trunks no distractions andd the tops are in the sun light, as one would expect. There is nothing else to see at the top and with no distraction the eye comes back douwn the bamboo trunks The repetative nature of the forest is great and lets the eye wander around the trees from top to bottom and again no distractions. The photo is easy on the mind and pleasant to get lost among the bamboo. For my eyes, I would not alter anythig. |

Very unique treatment of the subject and captures the imaagination. One thought. Either make the subject float in space on your black ground or as earlier suggested show the object is attached to the car, Nice work. |

Beautiful photo with briliant colors, sharp detail and a blurred backgrouhg. The close in shots of part of the bloom are good ideas and going the other way with a verticle format, includ all of the bloom, plus giving slightly more space around the top and sices would be another option . Good eye and keep shooting flowers like this months. |

Lovely photograph. You composition and vinyetting around the perimiter keep the dyd on the center and do not wander off of the edge. Did you use any artificial light or just used the existing conditions. Th foreground sharpness is excellent .. Hang your pring in a prominent place. |

Thanks for the comments, advice and guidance. A little more on the conditions where I take the Magnolia photos will explain some of my short comings. All blossoms are at ease 8 feet off of the ground and molt are higher. I use a short step ladder with a with a knee high brade bar because at my age that is as high as I can go safely. The depth of field is set on a shallow setting to concentrate on the bee and some thies the pettals nearest to the lens are out of the sharp field. Speeds are hgh as the bees move all the time and I am using the high speed shutter setting. Last, issue for me is high ISO induces noise is a consideration and but not top on my list.
The list is not a set of excuses and your suggestions will be used next season and I thank you for the help. |
