Very somber and moody. Try cropping 15% from the left and crop the portion of the tree on the right with the white distraction at the top and the result should be a stronger photo. Good eye. |

Great photo! You make it sound so easy and please tell us you are hiding some secrets. My efforts and results are far from your submissiom. At first cropping from the left sounded good but on second look the flowering brances move the eye to the bee and seems natural. Great photo and frame it for the wall. |

Your photograph brings our many omotions of Christmas, a parents love and devotion and in this photo the mother's love. Your composition leaves room for the mother to look down on the scene, the tree is a large part of the celebration seperating the tree from the mother would break the magicand feelings created inthe mother, the look on her face and angle of the head and face speeks volumes. This is a long winded way of agreeing with Leon. Great photo.

Your egg shells must have sparked some creative juices and you experminted with using broken egg shells to break many of the rules in photography. The rule one you used it is ok to break the rules . Like your imagination and what would you do with the shells on the next try? |

The original photo was a bit lacking in color, contrast and cloud definition. Let me know if this has more unph and not overdone.
