If you are into major surgery try try cloning out all of the lower power lind, crop the top off of the photo so the birds, chimney, a shortened pole and house top are seft. Then crop off the leftt side of the photo so you have only the birds, chimney and some of the roof are left. The birds are still a little fuzzy but the feeling of the motion of birds going into the chimney makes an interesting photo. Just a thought. |

Thanks for your comments and will use your information in the future. On the light side I thought the horizon was showing the curvature of the earth. The photo was of a Grand Prix race but from 17 stories up in the air most of the cars were not recognizable etc. More next year and thanks. |

Very nice composition with a very blurry background above the bench. The subject is sharp and holds the eye on the tree, is in the lower 1/3 of the photo and very sharp. Think about blurring the bench, removing the black spot on the bench and blurring the conplete bench which will keep the eye on the tree inside the ball. Nice work. |

This photos brings about a nostalgic feeling. A pice of history from a location that saw a lot of historyin it's time. The wheel has been painted but the rins have given up thier cover and are at rest . Sometimes it is good to throw the background out of focus as that is how the older generation see things. I prefer to keep the background , in most cases, blurred as that is how I see distant objects. Lets me concentrate on the subject. The only technical comment would be to include the bottom of the wheel. Nice composition and a glimpse into the past. |

Thanks ffor the suggestions and will put them tp use. Only get to use this position on the 17th floor once a year and from 1-4 pm in the afternoon. St. Pete hoasts the Grand Prix in darly spring Nd attend a party celebrating the race. I will have to cultivate the host.I took 2 rows of photos .
