30 Aug 18 Comment You picked a good location for photography. Your shot has some good elements with sharpness, content, and good lighting all in your favor. Agree that you have packed more into the photo than needed. One item is the wpond with a lovely plant in the middle but the material on the surface is very distracting. Good effort. Aug 8th

30 Aug 18 Comment Your work in shades of gold and black is unique and grabs the viwers attention. The sky has sharp detail, gold leaf around the clouds, a gradual transition from almost black to gold at the water line and a halo effect around the tree top. The blown out area at the botto of the palm can be distracting as as is the hprizion but you have some very good segments in the photo. Keep working on the post processing and see what results turn up. Aug 4th

30 Aug 18 Comment You caught the bird at just about the right time. Good sharp details .Since you lost the top wing tip, how about cropping in the left wing, crop up from the bottom and get a bigger head with hs dinner plus a better eye? Good action photo. Aug 4th
