Your B & W version is much better. Placing th 2 shells nest to other gives the reader a new perspective on the geography and structure of the beautiful structure anthough the original blue photo is very soft and beautiful in its own right.
As the person that can not make up his mind, I would hang either photo on the wall. |

Good movement in your photo. Colors are good, detail is sharp. The white wave is distracting as it appears to be blown our and the white draws the eye away from the rest of the photo. Tried to get detail into the wave but was not successful.

Good shot of the farm yard with sharp detail and leading lines to keep eyes on the intersection of the two long buildings.
The clouds are very strong and tend to keep the eye moving from the barns. A little hue, laturation and luminance might give the red objects more punch to balance the clouds. Can you clone out the small red barn at the right side of the photo. A little sky and grass would keep the eye on the mcentral subject.
Nice composition and cloud treatment. The touch ups are minor suggestions. |

Very unique use of light painting with good impact. Nice composition with sharp detail. Your use of the black background eliminates any posssible distractions from the main subject. Lettering on the front bumper and the step defines the truck as a bill board and very effective and doubly so with the light painting. Well thought out and good execution. |
