60 Jun 25 Comment My story is that the feathers fell and were caught by the brambles- I didn't even consider a painful encounter!
Actually it does look more like a talisman (could the feathers have fallen that way?) and perhaps someone walked by and hooked the feathers there...more possible stories.

60 Jun 25 Comment Your questions have answered mine, Diana. I think it was one of those moments of trying to capture a story (feathers caught while falling) that failed.
I agree that the story does not come through and that is what I was wondering. Thank you!

60 Jun 25 Comment You caught the joy and celebration of the occasion, Rita, and your cropping works well to help bring the focus on the very happy bride. I think the conversion to B & W was a good idea.
I find highlights very hard to correct even with the highlights and whites sliders in LRC so I have no helpful suggestions for you. Sometimes I use Topaz denoise or sharpen
twice (the second time at very low numbers) to allow a second adjustment with the highlights and whites sliders back in LRC but that doesn't always work.

60 Jun 25 Comment Great rodeo action shot, Anne, of both the rider and the horse! I agree with Dean that in this case the background gives good context. His crop suggestion reduced the distraction of the partial people on each side.

60 Jun 25 Comment Well framed, Denny, and as Dean said, the important parts are sharp. I like the bird's pose with it looking into the image.
I wonder if the color could be enhanced a bit.

60 Jun 25 Comment A great action shot, Diana-all four hooves are off the ground- and I'm very impressed with your post processing! Well done and worth the time to get the final image. I agree that the target is not necessary. Jun 7th
60 Jun 25 Comment Beautiful sunset, Dean. I like how you enhanced the colors. I agree about lightening and brightening. i wonder about opening the shadows a bit.
