You're right! Never noticed that, Steve. Thanks for pointing it out. I might fix it, but it's old and I have moved on. I will however, take your advice if I choose to exhibit it later! You have a very discerning eye and I appreciate that. |

No change needed. I might scrutinize too much. Most people won't notice. If you look closely, you'll see the flamingo's light source is more above than to the side, and the shadow hard vs. your husband's. Its really just me because of my forensics background, I don't just look but examine! Don't change it. Not that important. I bring it up cause I got nothing to criticize and feel like I should say something! |

Good job, but if I were to pick nits, the lighting of your husband and the flamingo are inconsistent. The birds don't bother me. I understand leading the viewer to infinity, but continuing the floating boxes with diminished depth and perspective would have done the same thing and been more surreal for me. |

Very good and believable, but I would get rid of the tail at far right, or darken it overall. Also, consider repositioning and sizing the orca fins / tails to visualize more depth. |

Good attempt Peter! Still needs work. Its good you flipped the human subject to match the unseen light source but the lighting overall is still inconsistent. The highlights on the child are from direct sun exposure coming from the right, while there is a wall and building on the right actually blocking the sun. The overall composition is OK, but the inconsistent lighting makes it look too obvious and fake. For the sake of authenticity, inconsistent lighting details are probably the easiest to spot and the most bothersome. |
