I love this guy. His face is sharp and his expression is great. I don't see much of a difference between yours and the one Frans did, but it's hard to tell without seeing them side by side on a large screen. My only suggestions would be to either remove or darken the bump on the log behind his head. I find it very distracting because it is so light.

This is spectacular. The mother and the babies are in such sharp focus, and the story is wonderful. Amazing capture!
I might try toning down the bright yellow flower on the left, as my eye keeps being drawn to it. But then again, I like it. I'm curious to see other's opinions about that. |

I never knew about this, very interesting. I love the S curve of the flowers on the trunk. I wish the flowers were a little sharper, and had a little more vibrance. Have you ever tried Topaz AI to upscale the picture? That increases the resolution and gives a little more detail to the picture.
I played with it a little, used Topaz to upscale and On1 to increase the contrast and darken the highlights. I find On1 very easy to use. You can get a free trial if you want to give it a try. |
