Beautiful flowers. I played with it a little. Cropped it a little tighter, slightly brightened the flowers and removed the dark line on the left. I thought it just gave it a little more pop. |

I actually did something similar in camera raw, but I did it for the whole picture. I didn't think of just doing it on the bird. I think the wings do look a little better on yours. I'll play with it some more. Thanks for the suggestion! |

Beautiful detail in the bird. I might add a very slight blur on the outer edges of the bird and tree to soften them against the blue sky. Did you replace the sky? |

This is beautiful. So sharp, without being pixelated. That eye appears to be looking right at you.
I wonder how it would look if you replaced the wood with more blue sky. I find it a little distracting. |

I also love old buildings. This one is very interesting.
I agree with Barbara that the red light needs to be toned down. But it has also happened to me that the image looks different after uploading. I'd love to see the revised version. |

Thanks for the kind words and the suggestion. This was taken from a bridge over a lake. Next time I'll see if there is any way to get down lower without falling in! |
