Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I have many versions of this picture. I recently did another one where I took your suggestion, Richard, and darkened the rocks a little. I'd love your opinion on this one. I still feel like I am not quite there. |

Amazing, the eye is so sharp. The only thing I would do is add a little bit on the top, and extend the left side an inch or more to give the bird more room in front of it. Love the way one foot is off the ground to show he is walking. He just needs more room to walk into. Great shot! |

This one makes me smile. I love it, but I hope you weren't too close! I thought about suggesting you add a little highlight to the eyes so that you can see them, but I'm not sure if it's even necessary. Something you could try if you feel like it. |

Beautiful soaring bird. I would crop the left and maybe some from the bottom. Then add some canvas to the right so it looks like it has room to fly. I would also lighten the bird a little. Do you use Topaz Photo AI? It does an incredible job denoising, sharpening and upscaling.
I'm kind of addicted to editing other's photos. I hope you don't mind, but I played with it. Not saying it's better, just a little different. If you prefer that I don't do this please just tell me. |
