Thanks for your feedback. Judy! I did edit and added room on top and to the right. Much more balanced now. |

Love this low key, macro shot. Very artistic and lovely. |

I love this shot. You captured the majesty of Half Dome. My only minor suggestion would be to remove the red dots on the bottom right. Looks like they are at the campground. My eye was drawn to them and you want the viewer focused elsewhere. |

Nice shot! Good blurring of back and foreground to separate the bird without affecting the Limpkin or his shadow. |

What an amazing bird and capture! I agree with Leslie, only suggestion would be to tone down the background. |

What a sweet looking cub! Great catch. I like his forlorn expression or else I'm reading that because you said he got the boot from Mom! I'm guessing you were dealing with low light. I wonder if you can brighten him a bit more to make him pop out from the background. |

Lovely shot, Sherry! Lots of detail and great freezing of his wing motion. The lighter beak doesn't bother me but I wonder if you could mask and darken a bit.
So many hummers, so little time in Costa Rica. I took my 200-600 but ended up using my Sony 300mm with and without TCs almost exclusively. I was very pleased with the results. I agree with you on the flash. |

Thanks, Peter. I was delayed in adding the description but it's there now and hopefully that helps. |

Thanks, Leslie. I would like to have more space for him to look into on the right and crop on the left but it didn't work out that way. Will try your suggestions. Sorry for the delay in adding the description. It should address the what "Turquoise Browed Motmot" and the where "Costa Rica". |
