I used Photo AI to color balance. Let me know what you think. Took awhile to figure out how to reduce file size to 1mb from a huge file! |

Thanks, Judy! I like that idea. Honestly I didn't change the colors of the Hyena or Jackals but I did play with the grasses. So I will tone them down. |

Thanks, Sarita! I will say it looks different on this site vs what I see on my 3 screens. Have any of you experienced that? Maybe I need to pull down saturation in the future for all shots posted here.

Really like the action of this shot. He is camouflaged but stands out nicely. The only thing that could have improved it in my opinion is to get him at eye level. Of course that might not have been a smart thing to do in this case!

Nice fall scene. Just looking at the photo I was thinking that the scene itself was your focus. After reading your description I'm thinking the gulls feeding on spent salmon is your focus. If your goal is to capture the action of gulls feeding on the salmon you could make them the focal point and get them more in focus with the fall scene as their backdrop. Just depends on the story you want to tell. |

Beautiful lighting and capture. No issues with the background as it complements the bold colors. Only minor suggestion might be to crop on the right a bit so that the Ibis is less centered and has room to look to its left. |
