Hi Butch,
I was a wildland firefighter for four summers back in the 80's, so I always like a good firefighter image. The colors and energy from fire is so mesmerizing and you captured it and the firefighter very well. It's hard dirty work and it shows in this fellow's face. Did you change the background much or is it as shot? Well done. |

Like many of us, I enjoy most any sunset. This is a lovely capture with a beautiful backlight outline. Like Butch said, you could crop it many ways. Following rule of thirds as in Butch's version is very nice. The varying degrees of light and warmth on the lighter clouds adds more dimension. Nice shot! |

Hi Judith,
For a street shot, it certainly conveys the setting of a cold, wet night out shopping. I would like to see a little more gift bag and either more hand and arm or none at all. I agree to reduce the amount of concrete in front and brightening the red a little is pleasing. |

Hi Hoshedar,
Nice image. My eye is drawn to the fish, defining the moment captured well, and all details are well focused. The bird has a lot of one color, but the details add nice texture. You could crop in a bit tighter, but it works as is too. Nice adjustments by Gaetan. |

Hi Barbara,
Nice capture of a bird in flight, something I am working on myself. I am guessing the Rebel T7i doesn't have eye tracking like other canons but I may be wrong, so even more challenging. Certainly, the blur in the wings is not optimal. I agree with others that it's a little over sharpened, but overall an enjoyable moment captured. |

I most like the matching contours in the image. Nice eye to capture this. Perhaps a little more depth of field to get the back of the wood into sharper focus would add to image. But as it is, my eye is drawn to the jagged edge of wood in contrast to smooth contour of sand. Nice. |
