Beautiful image and a great story. I love how she is looking just past the camera. I agree about softening the background to focus more on her. |

Great action shot! That must have been a fantastic experience. The tail feathers look oversharpened to me or perhaps the color is a little off (could be my monitor). |

Fantastic range of values! It creates a good amount of tension in the image. I'd consider cropping the corner of the building in the right out of the image. It's a distraction. I'd also consider cropping some of the wall off of the bottom. You could end up with a wide, short image that is really interesting. |

I did lighten the image in a re-edit. The lightened image won BOS in its category last night. Thanks for the feedback! |

The water droplets make the image and the flower is beautiful by itself. The sharpening looks a little uneven to me. The top of the flower looks a little soft, while the petals behind it look sharp. |
