Thanks for your comments. Yes I'm almost positive those are oak trees. I'll have to revisit my daughter's backyard and see for sure! |

I agree cropping from the top would strengthen the image and that the image lacks impact. |

I like the original best. I think it is more creative and emphasizes the flow of the water. The image appears sharp throughout and I like the colors, the detail in the trees and the texture of the rocks. The sky is a beautiful color and contrasts nicely with the rest of the image. You might consider cropping some from the top so the waterfall isn't so close to cutting the image in half. I think that would strengthen the composition. Very nice. |

Love the photograph.
I like the original rather than the crop. The gray stone pavement neutralizes the orange background, adds interest and nicely supports the subject matter. The wall, although bold, adds negative space and creates compositional balance. I like their body language and attire all the way down to including their feet. The white material with the fringe and the white sandals add some contrast to the bright colors. I think you would loose a lot by cropping. |

Thanks for your comments. After looking at the photo online, I agree I too would like to see a bit more of the top of the trees. I'm going to go back and check the original. |

Your photograph is very interesting and holds my attention. It is sharp throughout and well exposed. I especially like the nuts and how you used them to create a "base" for the fruits and vegetables. |

Beautiful building and a great shot. It appears sharp and I know you are glad you went ahead and took a chance without the tripod. I do agree that lowering the lights has helped. |
