I like your subject. I do agree to remove the dark spots on the bottom left. The repetition of the shapes of the leaves add interest and impact. You might pop the orange just a bit. I'm not sure you need all of the negative space on the right side of the frame. The composition is a little off balance. However, you will lose some of the flower if you crop. I would play around with it. Have fun. Very nice image. |

Love the hibiscus flower. It is very sharp with lots of detail and texture throughout. Yes, I would address the area that is overexposed. Great photo. |

Great photo. Love the detail and the curves created by the colors of the rocks. I like the plain sky. It's a nice contrast to the subject matter. |

Thanks everyone as always for your comments. I wish I had the opportunity to play around with the jars when the photo was taken. It was at a flea market and the vender would have preferred I either "move on" or buy the jars. |

Lovely subject. I think you did a great job cleaning up the background and adding the border works nicely. I think you could crop in some from the top - not much though. I do agree with others that the subject could be much sharper. I also think addressing the dead area of the leaf would be a worthy improvement. Very nice work. |

Beautiful subject. I love the lighting. I like the tight crop and the angle taken that shows more depth. I agree with everyone about the removal of the wire and post. It looks much better. I think taking the photograph when the trees are full would make the image even more inviting. |
