I don't think the bird's beak, eyes and feathers could be sharper. I like how he is positioned in the frame and amongst the leaves. His coloring is beautiful. The background bothers me some but overall it is a great image.

Interesting and unusual image. I like the composition and the curves in the vine and their contrast with the black twisted fence. The flower stands out well.

What a fun and worthy project. I have some old photographs to restore as well. Have you considered a sepia similar to the original? The black and white, for me, is a bit harsh. The scratch marks are a bit distracting but I'm sure they can be easily removed. 		Jun 4th
