I think it looks great inasmuch as it's vintage matches the photograph's "apparent vintage."
Nice composition. Good salvage job of an old image. Not one to hang on the living room wall, and it ought to do well in SOME competitions. Problem is every judge has a different idea of what a restoration ought to look like.

An error.
The flower is a Hybiscus. It is not a Hyacinth. |

Look at www.dofmaster.com and calculate the depth of field for the settings you use for the shot. then when you turn the focus ring, make the change in focas point less than the dof amount (value.)
Up close, the dof can be 1 or 2 cm (a quarter of an inch.) so you don't change the focus point very much, and Helicon Focus doesn't care how many images you input, so take a lot of images in the sequence. The key is to not allow the camera to move between shots. Mirror Lock-Up and all that stuff....

In American slang, to kick the bucket is to die.
So a Bucket List is a list of things one wants to do before he or she dies.

I could use you as a teacher in one of my classes.
Another addition to my Bucket List. (Know what the Bucket List is or what it refers to?)

Green background: It started life as a black foam core sheet, but didn't cover the lower reaches of the image due to other stems. So I cloned the lower part, and then altered the color via Hue in Hue/Saturaton. I can see where texture, obtained via focus stacking would improve it. Such is life, I guess.
