I really like your original image of Wellington Beach. It has a stormy ruggedness to it. Enhance the colors a bit, darken the sky and add some contrast.
The AI images are interesting. They are a bit more graphic than photographic. Like CGI from a movie or video game. So much of the information has been replaced that your original image is lost.
Certainly an interesting experiment with how AI manipulates source images. |

Yes, the darker stem work. The change brings the stem into alignment with the leaf that is peeking through the petals on the left side of the flower.
The red and the yellow just pop with color. Nice saturation and brightness levels.
Nice close-up of the bee at work. |

There are a couple of brighter spots in the background that could be toned-down and be less of a distraction; some of the brighter pink and light grey leaves and stems. |

Fantastic image. The low camera angle emphasizes the riders and makes them appear "larger than life." The colors pop too.
Your crop is excellent. By removing the barriers on the left, it makes it appear that you are right in the middle of the track and the riders are navigating around you. The second and third riders are looking past you to see what is ahead. |
