79 Sep 24 Comment The black and white is wonderful, Lauren, but my first impression is that I want to see more detail in the centers of the flowers. Sep 18th
79 Sep 24 Reply Thank you so much, Freddie. It is delightful to find a group that understands these kind of creative images. Sep 18th
79 Sep 24 Reply Doing this kind of photography is really fun and calming for me. I am totally in the moment when I am making such images. Thank you for your comment, Mariann. Sep 18th
79 Sep 24 Reply Thank you, Judith, for the suggestion for a using a bit of clarity. I love "ghost birds". :) Sep 18th
79 Sep 24 Comment Hi Peter, a creative take on your table rainbows. As an abstract, I wonder if it still works if you remove a couple of the top left starships and the bottom right starships. That would result in more of a circle of smaller rainbows around the mothership rainbow. Sep 9th
79 Sep 24 Comment An interesting choice, Karl. I am amazed by the sharpness of the riders. The irregular shaped wheels keep drawing my attention because I like the shapes and how it looks like some are embedded in the road. That and the background cause me to do a double-take after noticing the lack of clothing. Sep 8th
79 Sep 24 Comment I like the light shining through the rose and the glass and never would have guessed that the rose is not in the vase. Though my eye shifts back and forth between the rose and vase, I don't find it a problem because you cropped out a lot of the vase and that gave the rose more emphasis. Sep 8th
79 Sep 24 Comment Oh, Wow, Freddie. This is one that I would put on my wall. It is definitely a puzzle in more ways than one. It might work well as a puzzle if the pieces were cut small in curvy shapes. :) I am very happy to see this bit of inspiration and will someday play with some of my images. I am trying to learn an app called double exposure by Allez Interactive on my iPhone. I like that you can change opacity of layers, white balance, etc. in the app. Sep 8th
79 Sep 24 Comment I really like this, Mariann. I particularly like the addition of the sunflower and on second viewing I noticed the bird. The original shot was worth a quick glance and it is wonderful that you made it into an image that I wanted to look at several times to grasp the detail. Sep 8th
