Love this - I am a horse related event buff so this resonates. I agree with Bunny about the cropping. This pits the focus directly on the subject. Nice job. |

Love the expression...I might have let a bit more space below and behind your grand-daughhter. I think shooting at a wider aperture might have decreased the depth of field a bit to make the background (buildings) a bit "softer" or out of focus. |

How fun! The only suggestion I have is that I would not include the yellow flower that is cut off at the top and I would have left room above the blue flower at the top to give it space (if possible). |

Love this! I also love your details and the inclusion of technical data. The background is perfect to make the subject pop out of the image, which just emphasizes the pure joy of the moment. Well seen and done. |

How fun Carole. You know me - I like tight crops...leaving some more space around the two might add to the context of being in a car. However, I am not sure if you could do that without it being distracting. |

Thanks Carole. I do see the distracting building now that you point it out. A slight crop would eliminate that without losing the background/context factor. I do use the LR masks which are helpful with dodging and burning so to speak. I will play with this. |

Thanks Bunny. It is a different image with your edits. I like it, but I also like the original as it gives more context from my perspective. This is why it is fun to see different ways of presenting an image. :) |

Thanks Nancy. It was flat and about 6pm at night...I like the idea of separation. I will play with it. |

Thanks Ally. Interesting thought and a different perspective...I actually cropped in from the left to emphasize him and leave room to move forward and show the crowd as background. |
