Hi Hanna,
This photo does capture the feel of a summer evening. For me, the birds and butterflies on the model's shirt fit right into the scene!
However, the highlight behind her on the left does distract me from appreciating the breezy effect on her hair.
It is a lovely capture! |

This high key image is elegant in its simplicity.
I am drawn to examine the details and rewarded with flecks of leaves in the snow and very well defined horizon.

Bill, I agree this is a nice seen of the West.
The grain is engaging - especially in the trees.
The highlights are very bright and I was wondering whether it is possible to reduce the highlights in the post processing? I am not familiar with the scanning a digitalizing film.

Just to clarify, do you prefer no reflection at all, or the posted image compared to "Original 1" without visible trees?

I agree I need to make the pipe disappear. I am just concerned about creating artifact if not done well. But, I will definitely try! |
