This is an engaging landscape, Clark, with many places for my eye to travel. I agree the textures and shadows are lovely.
I suggest toning the foreground sand brightness a tiny bit because it is so bright, my eye wants to stop there - and, it shouldn't! There are also 2-3 very bright specks of sand that seem blown out. You might consider removing them.
Nice job! Can you share your settings? |

Hi Hanna,
I also find this an engaging portrait - very beautiful.
The shift in focus does not seem to have detracted from your vision. It looks great. I find the black background pleasing. But, I think the border detracts.
There is increased vasculature in both eyes, most notable in the right (her left). It would be great if this be removed somehow. I also noted the highlights on her nose are too bright and there is a speck on the outer portion her left brow.
Very nice work in natural light! Can you share the details of your camera settings? |

This is a beautiful image, Adi.
It appears some vignetting occurred without your needing to ad any. It looks great! |

Bill,
This image engaging with a lot to explore. The clothes line is a great capture.
When you burn in the right upper area as per Adi's recommendation, take care to preserve the details, there.
Nice work!
