Beautiful architecture image, very good game of shapes and lights.
I would try to eliminate the noise in the sky and remove some brightness from the lighter parts.
I'm very sorry that you do not continue in the group, but I respect your decision.

Beautiful reflection, very delicate.
Very good conversion to mono, very good tones.
It would only eliminate the trunks that are above the plantation, in the middle, that distract me a little.

Impossible not to empathize with the man in the photo!
Good conversion to mono and good framing, eliminating the annoying parts of the background.
Only two observations:
On my monitor the pants look too bright.
The treatment of the white stripe on the forehead does not look quite well yet, it is halfway between what it was and its disappearance

The details are well highlighted, but to have more prominence you should darken the veg a bit (not as much as in the second attempt) and also the sky.
The conversion to mono is good and the sepia tone gives it a warmth that favors it.

I like how you straightened the columns and I like the conversion to mono, with the sky with a deep black.
On my screen, lighter whites are very bright.
In the option you chose, the square format does not bother me as much as the feeling that the succession of columns does not end. That's why I would choose a central composition, with the highest column dominating in the center of the image.
