The Mickey in the shirt was like this, I did not add or take anything. In Argentina the shirts with Disney characters are very popular. |

Congratulations on the Honorable Mention!
Certainly the image deserves it. You have achieved a very good landscape, with very good tones and an attractive and delicate sky.
I would not do anything else.
It's perfect for me.

Just when I saw the photo I thought that more than one photo looked like a comic.
It does not bother me that the tones are so extreme, almost without grays, but as it is very heavy the hands, especially the one that is against the edge.
Maybe you should try to give your fingers some gray.
Good experiment!

When I saw the tree covering the Taj Mahal I thought: What did Stephen want to do ?, but when I read the comment I understood. |

I like trees without leaves, almost naked in contrast to snow, but the back wall gives me a confusing message, because seeing only the image is not enough to know its history, at least for me that I am not American . |

The image is correctly composed and the tones are good.
I agree that a sky with threatening clouds would give it a greater impact.
Personally, when I pass to mono cloudless blue skies, try to darken to go unnoticed, better highlight the scene and increase their abstraction.

It is a nice landscape, much better in mono because the variety of grays make it much more attractive than the color version.
It would not remove the darker strip because it gives a more plane to the composition of the image.
Not a photo with great impact to make it a favorite in comp but I guess some acceptances will get.
