25 Feb 26 Comment The first thought that came to my mind was the scene from Alice in Wonderland, right before she fell into the tunnel. The model's expression reminded me of Alice peeking into the tunnel before she fell in.... Feb 11th
25 Feb 26 Reply Thank you Audrey! Glad to know you like the Wabi-Sabi idea. Feb 11th
25 Feb 26 Comment Brian, the first thing that caught my eye was the ring light reflection in the model's eyes (the ring light frame the pupil, or it appears that way). I like the soft light on the model's face. The model's expression conveys a sense of surprise and curiosity as if she has lifted a door/curtain/veil and peeked into a new world. Feb 10th
25 Feb 26 Comment Audrey, very unique picture, great leading line. The leaves are just perfect. Have you considered turning this picture to B/W? I agree with Ruth, the door mat is a nice starting point, it adds interest to the image. Feb 10th
25 Feb 26 Comment Very calming picture Bollin, love the sky and the rising sun rays. Feb 10th
25 Feb 26 Comment Eric, Ruth is right about B/W is a good choice for the render. The face of the sheep is not visible but it gives the audience a chance to focus on the shearing action. Very interesting posture of the sheep (the position of the legs). Great travel photo! Feb 10th
25 Feb 26 Reply Thank you Ruth! Feb 10th
25 Feb 26 Reply Thank you Jeremy for the suggestion for metallic paper. I may give it a try! Feb 10th
25 Feb 26 Comment Jeremy, very nice cropping of the image. Instead of focusing on the reflection of the tall tree, the focus point (to me) is the fallen tree and reflection (the lower middle section). The lone man in canoe adds visual interest to the image. Love the foggy background as well. I really like this image - like Bollin said, great B&W image. Feb 7th
25 Feb 26 Comment I like the cropped version better too; a better focus and a more peaceful scene with the two lights looking like stars in the night sky. It is really neat to find interesting subjects around you on a snowy evening Ruth. Feb 7th
25 Feb 26 Comment Thank you Bollin! Feb 7th
