This is a very unique perspective of the Fisherman's Bastion! I recognized the landscape but not the perspective. Definitely unique! Thank you for sharing. |

Hi Audrey, for some reason my images all came out under-exposed that day, I think my light compensation setting was off... I will reprocess the photo later with less sharpening to see how it comes out. Thank you for your suggestion! |

Thank you Bollin for your comment. I tend to process my photo based on how I feel and what I want the image to "look like" at the end. It is very interesting that you provided me with technical interpretation of the photo. Appreciate it and glad you like the photo! |

Hi Brian, nice "action shot" with the lifted foot! I agree with Eric's suggestions about brightening the bird and darkening the background, it would give more contract to the pictures. Or, go the other way - darken the bird slightly since it is a blackbird (but not to lose detail) and brighten the background to give contrast. |

Hi Ruth, I like the "flow" of the picture. The bluebonnets in the foreground, a glimpse of a lake and then the trees, very nice seamless transitions. All the colors blend together beuatifully. |

Hi Bollin, this picture has a surreal feel/look to it - mostly from the purple flowers and the green leaves in the center part of the pictures. As far as space above the flowers is concerned, maybe take out a little bit. The additional space between the flowers and the top edge of the photo gives it room to "breathe". The flowers and the overall images evokes a sense of being care-free and "born to be wild" feel, the extra space in the picture resonates that. I like the look and feel of this picture. These are just my "feeling"; to me a good piece of art is one that touches or resonate a certain kind of feeling in the audience. |
