Very interesting flower. The center pods are interesting. I might cry sown to just an image of that part. I like the flowers at the edges themselves but the entire image gets a bit busy; see what you think? Great detail and processing |

The main flower part is very nice. I would prefer to see the leaf left out. You might be able to clone it out but that would be a lot of work. |

I like the white vignette which makes the very bottom part of the green stem fade some. That brings out the flower part more. Amazed you could focus stack so well on a monopod. Very nice! |

Wow. I am impressed. The head of the fly is slightly soft but still an amazing job! I like the muted colors and the angle of the fly on the weed. The DOF is super, I love the blurred honeycomb appearance of the background. |

Very beautiful and great DOF on this. I do carry a close-up lens designed for the 70-200 as a macro when I am traveling. You might try that. |

I use an alligator clip that secretaries use to hold paper memos most of the time. This dandelion had a larger stem since it was quite large (for a dandelion) so I used a goose neck holder that they sell on B&H photo which is very flexible. Only the grip won't hold tiny things like one small section of a dandelion head so the alligator clip works better for that. I wish the alligator clip was flexible though. It stands straight up. |
