You did a great job with what you had. Ideally I would like to ee more of the butterfly in focus as well as the flower but this was rather impromptu! |

This is an hibiscus not a calla. I have taken quite a few photos of hibiscus and grow them too. Your photo is very nice. I have always loved the contrast of the red, pink and green. It's pretty sharp. A little soft in the center but that doesn't bother me. Nicely done! |

This is lovely. I think the lighting on the mushroom is just right and the detail is really nice. Looks great against the dark wood. |

I have & series of imperfect flowers I thought of collecting into one essay that I would call « Life is not perfect ». Your project sounds similar. I like this overall. I would darken the light are at top, right of center. |

You've probably seen calla flowers. After the flower leaves this is what is left, totally different than the flower itself.
