What an amazing photo. I completely agree with Don.
The only issue - a minor one - is the lens flare didn't land well. If you shot a series while the clouds were moving, you might have one that still lights the village well and has less (or more interesting) lens flare. Very minor - I would cherish this image!

There are many interesting elements to this photo. The alignment of the photographer and the wave is obviously an excellent element of the photo. What I also like is the little color of the lifesaver doughnut and the colors of the rock and waves. The result does make one worry about the safety of the photographer!

I really like the crop and the color adjustments and make the photo. The only suggestion I would have would require re-taking the image to include more of the rock on the left. I've had some luck using the 2x1 aspect ratio. |

Try going "old school" on this one. Desaturate everything but the umbrellas - or maybe punch in a little yellow or orange to make it look like an old photo.
Just a thought that would really make those umbrella pop! |
