I looked at this photo several weeks ago and I still have the same feeling: wow!
One thought about the general "feel" of this image is one of the Art-Deco period. From the golden hour feel to the buildings and the strong reflections in the water. This photo looks almost like poster from the 1940's.. |

I really like this shot as well!
I'm split on all this "AI stuff" as I agree the kayaker could be easily removed as with the booms on the boat in the back ground. I've seen others reduce the number of birds in photos like this to better convey the peace of the wildlife in the foreground. I'm conflicted but I've also seen good results from others.

That is an amazing shot. I wish I had a critical detail to provide, but I have none.
What I do love is the classic shot using the reflections in the water. The clouds are mostly cooperating too! |

Thanks for the comment on the blue shift on the pines. I did not even consider that (to be honest). Color is one area I'm still developing a feel for.
