Thanks for the feedback Charles! I do need to start entering competitions to learn even more. Out of curiosity: why don't they like the sun at the edge of the frame? I'm guessing because the sun is essentially the subject and is bad placement for the scene's subject. |

Sanat, there is a lot I like about this photo. It reminds me of several areas around our house with similar views.
I do like how you cropped the photo and brought back the color in the sky. Charles has a solid suggestion with exposure although you may need to take several photos at different exposures and merge them in post. I imagine there are many more greens that didn't make it to the photo. The tricky part will be matching the sky behind the tree.
Another idea would be having a subject (person or maybe a dog) on the path. |

It does exist! Not sure if this is actually Denali or not as when we were there was solid overcast the entire time and we didn't see many hills/mountains. I'm envious!
I do agree with Charles in that the light and sky are working against you. I have some nice photos of the area when we were there - with a moody sky. Not sure if the de-haze tool would help make the sky look better without making it look over-processed. Might be something to try. Obviously golden/blue hour would have been the better option. |

Charles, this is an amazing scene with the bloomed out tree and the buggy. With the tools we have now, removing the power lines has become so easy. I wonder if one could take a few more steps to move this scene back in time by removing the houses as well. I do like the way you brought out those rich greens in the grass. |

Mark, I agree with Charles as there is a lot going on in this photo. Cropping to one subject (maybe the boat that can be isolated or the small building on the hill) might be an option.
To be honest though - I would keep this photo for myself to remember being there. Basically a vacation photo. Lovely area!
