28 Oct 25 Comment I struggle with processing images of black bears, especially getting details/texture in their coats. Your camera handled it flawlessly. Oct 5th

66 Oct 25 Reply Let me know when you have a chance to check your ISO MIN SS speed whether that was indeed the cause. Oct 5th

66 Oct 25 Comment Emil, an impressive image . The darker reflection on the lower part contrasts nicely with upper statue. Great post processing Oct 1st
66 Oct 25 Comment Henry, another a great image. I love the composition. My only suggestion is to try adding a bit of contrast to the mill to balance the the darker tree trunks on the right. Oct 1st
66 Oct 25 Comment Arik, you seem to find the best scenes for IR. The black locomotive really stands out against the white foliage. Oct 1st
66 Oct 25 Reply How to change the setting
Navigate to the MENU.
Go to (Camera Settings1) or the appropriate ISO menu.
Select [ISO AUTO Min. SS].
Choose your desired setting using the control dials. Options typically include "Standard," "Fast," "Faster," "Slow," and "Slower," or a specific shutter speed.
You can also assign this setting to a custom button for quicker access.

66 Oct 25 Comment Melanie, this really tells a story. Having the workers in the foreground really helps. The white foliage adds a surreal look.
Regarding your high ISO: as Arik mentioned last month, you should have plenty of light to keep the ISO low. As a Sony shooter, there is a setting called "ISO min SS speed". You may have it set to "Fast" and that's why you shutter speed is inappropriately high.

66 Oct 25 Reply Yes! I like that. Oct 1st
66 Oct 25 Comment Gary, I really like your image, some much texture and contrast. Question, having no experience in Nik software, was you able to mask the sky inside of Nik or using global adjustments achieved this? Oct 1st
66 Oct 25 Comment A great scene! A good job of replacing the pavement with grass. To my eye, the image could use a bit more contrast. Oct 1st
