I remember that, Steve. I lived there for almost 30 years on Oldchester Rd. (at the park). Things have truly changed on my old road! Thank you for your kind comment! |

Thanks! Using the filters across that area of the body (making it wavy) was my way of showing it was still partially under water. |

LoL hmm, maybe it would make a good puzzle! Thanks-- Using the filters across that area of the body (making it wavy) was my way of showing it was still partially under water. |

Very neat! Love the artistic creation! The 365 program is a great program, too. Have fun! I see this as the "apple of someone's eye." |

They are beautiful and unusual flowers. Even as perfectly sharp and focused as it is, it is too static for me; but, it makes a nice record image. I don't mind the bold colors, but as a macro shot I'd look for a different angle of fewer blooms. |

Very striking blue hour image. I had to look for what you say is a boat. The line is barely visible, but now that I see it I suppose it would be better without it. About the light reflected on the water, I like it as it is on both sides. I wouldn't crop it. The angle of the pier is prominently placed, and looking from a distance the light streaks on the water seem to offer a nice balance. The colors make the image, but it looks like it could be stunning in BW too. |

Beautiful scene and trulu must be surreal to see and watch. You captured lovely light and colors throughout, and your treatment of the large ice is spot-on. I agree that cropping a bit from the top would be optimal. Doing so also moves the horizon off of mid-frame. Lovely! |

What a beautiful mess of rope. Your edits very much improved the image. The image is much more interesting bright and bold, and detailed knots in some netting stand out more.
There is metal piece at the left bottom that I might remove by cropping the side. I don't think it harms the overall image without it.

This is such a nice shot of these siblings paddling along. You got many sharp details. I especially like the ripples showing movement, and the rocks underwater. Most importantly, you caught the light in the eyes and the tiniest feathers in their fluff. I was once in the Nature Group a long time ago when only a few adjustments were allowed. Check the Nature Division for rules and more info. The definition of nature is stated for competitions, and there is a pdf file about digital adjustments that are allowed. |

Lovely perspective, and the BW is more impressive. I don't use PS or Lightroom but members of our group have replaced skies. I keep photo files of textures for artistic images, so I agree that keeping your own files of skies might be beneficial. Without knowing rules for competitions, if this were mine I would use the "expand" tool in Snapseed and add a sliver of extra space at the top. Thanks for stopping by by photo! |

You catch the best light! It's lovely, and I especially like the foamy surf and sand carved away from around the shell. It is all very natural as if the shell has been there a long time. Nice idea you had for this pretty scene. |

Totally awesome! Your edits turned this old industrial piece into art. I have no suggestions for improving. I would only consider flipping it to lead the eye in the other directon, but it's also fine as is. |

Beautiful, Jack! It's all about the sky for sure, and I think it's perfect. It almost looks like waves and has a slight 3D quality. The colors are wonderful, and you cannot tell where the lines were that you removed. Nicely done! |

Who would ever believe that this is really a pergola or lattice! What a brilliant creation! You doubled, reversed and stretched it. Amazing results. It's a fantastic abstract, and perhaps on chiffon (as a scarf?). |

Very interesting creation. I like your whole concept, and especially like the left, lacey background. Without knowing how you use ephoto 360 to layer, would it be possible to reverse the order of layers to reveal sharpness in the center of the flower? If not, and since it is a creation, you might clone the sharp parts that are on the side of the flower's center and use them in the middle. It's very artistic! |
