An unedited, fast warped version. You can go in all directions with the warp feature, as with the others, for some wild images. You can repeat, add different, multiple features... I never have a plan, I just try things. |

Welcome to the group, Bob!
So, now a mystery for me is solved! I have forever wondered how old paint was ever successfully matched. I consider it magic! I save files of photos I've taken just for backgrounds of varying colors and textures to use when creating artistic images from phone photos and from my regular camera (also mirrorless). I like many apps for creativity and will definitely check out your neat discovery! |

I think it's a beautiful image. I believe your edits improved the image just as you intended. Your brightening opened up the tree and the area across the rocks very nicely with great light. The only nit-pick I have is wishing for a little more space on the right side of the frame, but I don't see any other improvements needed. The landscape experts will be able to share more. For me, it's lovely! |

I recall some of your other Snow Monkey images and they were equally special, just as this one. The face and expression are priceless (perhaps it's thinking "really?!" like I've been saying for months now). To me, the image is flawless. Nice background, catch-light in eyes and wonderful details in the fur and face. Great nature image! |

This is a lovely atmospheric scene. It's a pretty little church, but the fog and water in the distance draw attention too. I would add back a bit of space to the left and in front of the church. It seems, at least to me, a little close after cropping. The sky to the right is picking up a greenish tint on my tablet, but maybe it's just me. Power lines can be tedious, but it looks like you were successful in making them disappear! Nicely done. |

A beautiful portrait and lucky to be allowed to take the photo! There is so much expression in his face, and I believe your edits to enhance contrasts and textures created a strong image. Aside from age in the face and hands you captured other details in the fire of the cigarette and smoke. Very impressive! |

Nice effect. The glow really makes this pop! I think your edits, blending, took this into a nice 'zone' without making it overly electrified. I especially like the minute details revealed in the pollen and in the tiny bristles on the stigma. The bold colors are unique to the flower and it's a very striking image as an abstract. Very creative! |

If you keep all of the foreground, the tint version makes the wave of grasses pop, and I like it. It also creates an unusual sky which makes me think you could go in many directions. For an eerie scene, black/white and maybe even infrared. |

Thank you, and welcome Jack! I prefer the softer light/colors of my other shots but love experimenting with the apps. Looking forward to your work! |

The Arboretum is a DC treasure often missed by visitors. It offers many photo opportunities! The columns were used at the Capitol until the dome was completed. The dome was much larger than expected which caused a visual problem (appearing inadequate to hold such a huge dome) so they were removed. Only in the 1980s the columns found a home here.
I like the different angle you chose. You achieved a nice leading line of smaller columns to larger, left to right (or the reverse). Punching up the grassy area warms up the image and also offers a nice lead in with the oranges. At first I thought you might get closer to show details of carvings, but I like it as is. It reminds me of a cake with candles on top! I hope you share more photos of this beautiful place. |

Before reading, I like to guess! I was thinking "watery" and taken from "above", but you surprised me with reflections. It is wonderful in such bold colors, and I can imagine the many options with the app. I would never he able to choose! When looking at this one can imagine many things, as abstracts allow, even as an aerial image of land complete with shoreline. Nicely done! |

Lovely birds and interesting markings on the right one. The Galaxy 20 is a fantastic phone! Were you zoomed in at all? I would never be so lucky to get them to stay still. I would increase the brightness to help open up and separate the dark feathers and eye of the duck on left. If you enjoy these types of nature shots, I'd go back again. A different angle on a brighter day might get more details and the catch-light in their eyes. |
