26 Jan 21 Reply Thanks-- Be careful what you wish for Lol Jan 4th
26 Jan 21 Comment What an impressive scene! Indeed, I love it, and I believe you've done a wonderful job. You captured a nice sweeping light and leading lines using the rocks. I prefer the warmer colors to the original. The darker area mentioned adds to the strength of the image in my view. There is just enough darkness to almost match the opposite corner, helping to hold the viewer's eye. The tree is there but is not your overall focus anyway. Jan 3rd
26 Jan 21 Comment Very nice architectural image. You corrected the perspective with ease, but to my eye it could pulled down just a fraction on right top corner and bottom right corner. I'm forever working to correct the perspective on a similar image of an old mill warehouse. It challenges me. I like that you removed the distracting elements from each side of the main building, and the sky looks cool, completely natural. This is a fine record of a grand, historic building. I, too, would experiment with various options for punching up textures and color. It might even be interesting with strong contrasts and color ideas of noir. Jan 3rd
26 Jan 21 Reply Mirror Lab is a free editing app for 3D, distortions, fractals, etc. Easy for androids. For IOS, Windows & Mac PCs I think you install Blue Stacks first (whatever that is) before downloading the app. It's available at the Play Store. Developer is Ilixa. Endless possibilities, if you like that sort of thing. You can get lost in it forever!

Not sure you can see my previous images in group 86, but I use ML in 'creations'. Not great at this res. but here's one alot like this month's group 26 post. Began w/a phone pic of sea glass, got carried away.

26 Jan 21 Comment Beautiful! Always takes me a minute to figure out if infra red was used. I like the effect, especially that it looks like snow in some areas. I like the layers of rolling hills in the distance, and the hay lined up. Nicely done-- it all looks very natural. Jan 2nd
26 Jan 21 Comment It is a beautiful bird and nature image. The details, even in the little fish, are remarkable. Very nice light and reflections in the ripples. I like the enhanced blues, but I would reduce the blues in the top feathers along the back. I hope conservation efforts continue to help this unusual bird. Jan 2nd
26 Jan 21 Comment This is a wonderful shot. I don't see how it could be better. It's as if you are within a few feet of them. I was not aware that Zebras had any brown in their fur. You picked up great details. Love the typical distracted youth!

86 Jan 21 Comment Happy New Year! This is beautiful! Wonderful reflections. Brilliant colors and the lake looks perfectly natural and real. No one would guess it's a creation. Really nice! Jan 9th
86 Jan 21 Comment Your edits are great, and the overall effect is very nice. Lovely pop of colors and choice of grunge. I agree that more space on the left would be helpful. Snapseed's Expand tool can fix that. Overall, I really like the image but my eye continually stops on the blank space of the wall. I might consider adding old signage or worn out lettering in that space. Nice creation! Jan 8th
86 Jan 21 Reply Thank you! I've never used Superimpose but will investigate. I have always wondered how that is done. Jan 8th
86 Jan 21 Comment This tells a poignant story. I did not focus on the mask immediately, perhaps because they are becoming so 'normal' my mind has become accepting of it. I like the composition, and your use of fencing creates a nice leading line. The park offers beautiful seasons. If colors in the trees and grasses can be enhanced for reds and golds, the scene might be bolder, but even as is your story is told. At first I believed a tighter crop would be better to show more of her painting. But, I think you might only need to crop the sky to bring the painting closer. Happy New Year! Jan 7th
86 Jan 21 Comment This is quite a collection! I'm not sure where to begin, but I'm sure they are even more beautiful in person and show your creative artistry. I am in awe of the elaborate fabric image. You have a wondrous talent! Congratulations on the exhibit and good luck! Jan 3rd
86 Jan 21 Comment I love old, rusted things! The colors in this old truck are great, and you can tell it was a brilliant day. I'm a little distracted by the wooden train. I might remove it depending on your plan for the image, then crop to make the truck your sole focus. Also, I might try an HDR edit to bring out more textures and make things really pop. I did a quick test using HDR in Snapseed. Can't load for some reason. I'll try later.
For fun. Just one idea--you're the artist!
