Thanks Albert! This was taken mid-day. A low ceiling day, low clouds continuously hanging and constant mist and drizzle. I love that weather! |

A wonderful image, especially if you've visited. So much talent. I love his expression looking down at his hard working hands. I especially like the orange colors picked up throughout the image. I'm not sure about the signs. They are part of the street scene, but I might remove them. Final results are precise and I see no needs there. It would be interesting to see the original as comparison. |

What a beautiful use of time! Reminds me of the brilliance of the sun in miniatures. There are small bits of ghosting so I'd reduce the brightening. Wonderful creation, bright and cheery, and we need that! Buy more Gerberas... |

The light in the clouds is phenomenal and steals the show. The area around the rainbow is soft, maybe from edits. You might select that area and pull more definition into it, maybe cloning some spots. The rainbow has taken 2nd place and my eye gets stuck there. Flipped might not be natural at all, but the cloud would help lead.

Thanks for the piling idea. Wondered about the bird, and there's another one sitting on a roof, not as noticeable. I think they both can go. |

Very beautiful and perfection in the flower center. The lighting and colors are lovely. I like the way the bright leaf seems to shelter the flower, but it is somewhat distracting to me. I would consider cropping to more of a squarish image to remove a portion of that leaf or edit it to make it less prominent. |

Without reading, I imagined -- someone desperately wanting out of our lockdown, or someone surprised by a monster around a corner. It reminds me, somewhat, of a similar image I took not long ago in color. I like the concept and your treatment of this, especially the use of negative space. I would remove the shadow at top right with a slight crop. You might prefer the floor with no imperfections, but it might be interesting to add even more texture across the image. |

Such a great capture. There's so much to see and think about. The garden border is all telling about how everything is used. Without the boy it's a strong image of poverty, and the clothes line and all the textures and blues are beautiful, but the boy takes the image to another level. The tiniest thing I might try to fix is where his head meets the clothing, but I'm not sure it matters. The story grabs your heart. |

Thanks! You're right, there's an absence of a clear lead in. The orange is part of wings (moth in my mind) a body between the orange and faint translucent 'wings'. I wanted the right side to wrap around more crossing the green but there was too much distortion. I might do some cloning to get what is needed to help offer a better lead in. That's a long way of saying: it's fine to prefer the original LoL I started to go with it but my friend would've thought it was boring--she preferred a green frog image of mine for a Christmas card... go figure! |

So very cute and all-telling. I'm not sure of the program and steps you took because I don't use iphone, but your results looks great. To me, this could easily be used as an ad for how to do what we need to be doing. Nicely done! |

This jumps out! Welcome, Tom! With my first take (from my tiny phone screen) I thought it was metal teeth of the digging part of a backhoe. I am amazed at what it really is, and it's great! I still like thinking of it as bucket teeth! The only thing I'd do is consider opening up the area between the middle teeth by increasing the light there. If you try Snapseed there's a 'Selective tool' you can adjust on spots for brightness, contrast, saturation or structure. Nice work and it lends nicely toward artistic abstracts. Yes, you can stay Lol |

I am fascinated by this. The light and colors are beautiful and I love the entire effect with the layers and the lines. I might prefer no light-colored handle through the umbrella. It confuses me a little, as if it might be a sword. Of course, it may have particular artistic meaning to you, and I sometimes miss those! Another very clever and creative image! |

Thank you! I am happy for any pickiness. I wondered about removing the dark stem in that area, and in general I was not greatly pleased with the bottom and right areas. I kept trying to darken those areas but it didn't look quite right. Something to be studied! |
