Thanks Michael. Timing is everything and I got to the bridge just a little late. |

Good job capturing the feel of the fog. I might have cropped out a bit of the snow on the bottom. |

I've taken many photos of Birds of Paradise and they never seem to work. Nice job getting it right. Well done. |

I can't add much more than already stated in other comments. I like the image and agree that the sky is a very good feature of the photo. |

Michael, I have never tried ICM, but find this an intriguing introduction. Given the abstract nature of it, I am not bothered by the white blocks. I think it worked well. |

Great capture of the fog and early morning light. The reflective lights are great and your cropping is excellent. Nice job. |

Thanks Ruth. I did try to do that but was not successful in any way that would make it look natural. I think in the original it was in so much shadow that there was not a lot of detail left. Interestingly, when I showed an earlier version of this with the rower in all shadow at my camera club I asked about lightening up the rower and the consensus was to leave him in shadow. Great to get different perspectives. |

Thanks Joan. I did try to darken the sun glare a bit but nothing I did looked natural enough. Never thought of moving the rower, but agree with your thinking that it take a lot to make it look good. Thanks again. |
