3 Jul 24 Comment Wonderful photo. Excellent angle and composition. Your enhancing edits worked very well. I too think you did not need to change the sky. Jul 11th
3 Jul 24 Comment Very nice composition. I agree with Ruth about the one flower on the left side. But I also agree that with most of the flowers facing sideways the eye is drawn to the one facing straight. Very nice and different. I am not that familiar with photo stacking. Is what you did to take several photos of this scene with different focal points in each and then combine them? Jul 11th
3 Jul 24 Comment Interesting and well-captured moment. It evokes so many questions. Why are there two paintings on top of each other? What exactly is she doing? (Thanks for explaining.) Why does she have paint on her leg? My initial thought was that there was too much stuff around her and it was distracting. But after a couple more views I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to the whole of the photo. Nice work. Jul 11th
3 Jul 24 Comment I like both the abstract nature of the monochrome as well as the more realistic appearing color shot. Nice job on both. When you cropped the monochrome you cut out most of a group of leaves which were interesting in the color shot but not needed in the monochrome. This did remind me of nature photography class I took once. The instructor told us to not just look up and ahead but occasionally look down. Well done. Jul 11th
3 Jul 24 Comment Great shot on all levels. The sharpening really brings out the buck's torso. I might have been tempted to erase the whitish branch on the right side, but that is an extreme nit-pick. It is not in the least distracting. Beautiful. Jul 11th
3 Jul 24 Comment Beautifully framed. The reflection of the boats and the blurry hazy background are perfect. The birds on the boats are a bonus. My eye focused so much on the boats and the colors that it took me a few times to see the birds. The advertising make the photo more interesting to me. (The ad is for a company that makes color coated roofing sheets. Pretty funny to advertise that on a boat.) Jul 11th
