Great work making a beautiful photo from wjhat looked like a washed out original. Beautiful. |

Great capture of the bird in flight into the nest. The top part is a bit distracting and closer crop may draw the eye in. |

Nice composition and full focus works really well. Good shot. |

I like the shot a lot especially the contrast between the vivid black and white foreground and the yellow background. How did you get the blurred shot onto the trees on left, right, and middle and not on the other three? That makes those three pop out more and gives the composite photo more depth than the original. Nice work. |

I think experience of a lifetime says it all. And to have a photo to remember the event is very cool. I tried to take a couple of photos with an eclipse filter but was totally unsuccessful. Nice shot. |

Michael, you did a nice job turning objects behind a dirty window into a really good abstract photo. Good eye for the colors. The blue in the final product seems almost liquid. |

Thanks for the comments Michael. As I said to others, not sure these could have been rearranged better, but I will keep that suggestion in mind next time I see a bunch of items just sitting around. I do not shoot still life too often and I supposed it showed, Your comment about the aperture is spot on. I was hoping that among the several shots I had taken, I had one with the onion more in focus but I did not. What I liked about it was the detail on the garlic, lemon and ginger. But I see how that does not compensate for other issues. Thanks again. |

Thanks for the comments Kieu-Hahn. As I said to Joan not sure these particular items could have been arranged in a way to be aesthetically better. But perhaps it would have been better shot from above. Interesting suggesting. |

Thanks for your comments Joan. Not sure rearranging this particular group of items would have made it a better or more interesting photo. It was the randomness that appealed to me. The gross object in the middle is a dried chili pepper. |
