This image is a great nature story. You might consider cropping up from the bottom and removing the bit of leaves on the right side. You captured the eyes just at the right moment. This is a very interesting image. |

You handled that image well. I enjoy his beady eye against the green palm leaves (do you think that he is judging you ;-). You might consider cropping up from the bottom just past the lower horizontal bar. This is a fun image. |

Wow Ally, very nice image! Hummingbirds are such a challenge to capture. You handled the background nicely. I am with the others in that you could consider removing the tall thistle flower but either way, I love this image. |

Nice capture of the spoonbill taking a bath. For me, I would give a bit more space on the right side and remove the plants in the background. Or you could consider cropping in tight on the left side which provides the bird some space on the right. Either way, nice shot. |

Another wonderful landscape. To my eye, I like the inclusion of the left side of the image in the original. The circular pattern of the water at the base of the mountains is interesting. Backing out of the image provides an accurate view of the dramatic Iceland mountains. Such wonderful colors. |

The image with the darkened background, to my eye, is better. It really sets off the pink colors of the spoonbill. For me, bit more space on the left side of the image would provide more a better balance. This is a very lovely image, you caught the chick at a cute moment. |
